OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to designate site plan
control area.
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to pass a By-law pursuant to Section
40(2) of the Planning Act 1983;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts
as follows:
THAT the following zones and all exceptions thereto as described in By-law
Number 2213-78, a By-law passed under Section 34 of the Planning Act 1983,
are hereby designated as site plan control area:
i) all C1, C2, C3 and C4 zones;
ii) all M1, M2 and M3 zones;
iii)all R5 zones where more than 4 dwelling units are to be
constructed;
iv) all R6, RA1, RA2 and RA3 zones;
v) all I zones; and
vi) all 0 and EP zones.
