OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to re-number
certain properties within
the Town of Aurora.
WHEREAS Section 210(106) of .the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1980,
Chapter 302, as amended, permits Council to pass By-laws
numbering the buildings and lots along any highways, or any
other property within the Municipality.
AND WHEREAS Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora
has enacted and passed By-law 2613-85, a By-law to change the
name of part of Pineneedle Drive within the Town of Aurora.
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Aurora deems it
expedient to amend the numbers assigned to the former
portion of Pineneedle Drive to bring same into conformity
with the numbering system designated for Kemano Road.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Corporation of the Town of Aurora
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
(1) THAT effective immediately the properties listed in
Column "A", formerly known by the name and l'!umber set
out in Column "B", shall now be known by the names and
numbers set out in Column "C" in the attached Schedule
"A" hereto.
(2) THAT copies of this By-law shall be sent to the owner
of the properties affected and to all public authorities
and to the post office.
(3) THAT the provisions of this By-law shall come into force
and effect upon final passage thereof.
