OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
A.BY-LAW TO APPROVE THE SALE OF CERTAIN LANDS TO COCHRANE-DUNLOP
LIMITED FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT AND CARRYING ON OF AN INDUSTRIAL
OPERATION.
WHEREAS, this Corporation is now seized and possessed of the
lands mentioned in Schedule "A" appended hereto;
AND WHEREAS, by virtue of Paragraph 210(50) of the Municipal Act,
R.S.O. 1980, Chapter 302, this Corporation is empowered to sell
lands for municipal purposes and specifically to sell lands for
the purposes of sites for the establishment and carrying on of
industries or industrial operations and uses incidental thereto;
AND WHEREAS, the lands mentioned in Schedule "A" are to be sold
by this Corporation for the development of an industrial site;
AND WHEREAS, Cochrane-Dunlop Limited has agreed to purchase the
lands mentioned in Schedule "A" for the development of an
industrial site;
AND WHEREAS, this Corporation entered into an Agreement of
Purchase and Sale made the 25th day of October, 1985 with
Cochrane-Dunlop Limited respecting the sale of the lands
mentioned in Schedule "A".
NOW THEREFORE, The Municipal Corporation of The Town of Aurora
hereby enacts as By-law No. ,i'!;4t;; .-bWf The Corporation of The Town
of Aurora the following:

That the lands mentioned in Schedule "A" be sold and
conveyed to Cochrane-Dunlop Limited.
That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign and
execute under the seal of The Corporation of The Town of
Aurora the Agreement of Purchase and Sale made the 25th
day of October, 1985 between this Corporation and
Cochrane-Dunlop Limite!i respecting the lands mentioned
in Schedule "A".
That the Mayor and Cle~k be authorized to sign and
execute under the seal, of The Corporation of The Town of
Aurora all documents n~cessary to effect the sale by
this Corporation to Cochrane-Dunlop Limited of the lands
mentioned in Schedule "A".

SCHEDULE "A"
to By-Law
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premipes being in the Town of Aurora (formerly in the Geographic
Township of Whitchurch), in the Regional Municipality of York and
Province of Ontario, and being composed of Part of Lot 80,
Concession No. 1, Aurora, Ontario, which lands are more
particularly described as Part Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 on a Plan
deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles
Division of York Region (No. 65) as Plan No. 65R-8786.
