BYLAW - Dedicate Lands as Highway - 19860203 - 28286BY-LAW NO. 2822-86
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING a By-law to dedicate certain
lands on Mary Street in the Town of
Aurora as a Public Highway.
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Aurora deems it expedient to dedicate certain lands now held as
public road allowances;
NOW THEREFORE, the Munici.pal Council of the Town of Aurora hereby
enacts as By-law Number 2822-86 the following:
1. THAT the land situate, lying and being in the Town of
Aurora, in the Regional Municipality of York, and being
comprised of part of Lot 80, Concession 1 ESYS, which
lands are more particularly described as Part No. 11 on
a Reference Plan of Survey No. 65R-6842, be and is hereby
dedicated as a public highway in the Town of Aurora.
2. THAT the 0.304 metre reserve shown on the easterly
terminus of Mary Street on Registered Plan 535 be and
is hereby dedicated as a public highway in the Town of
Aurora.
3. THAT the provisions of this By-law shall come into force
and be effective upon final passage thereof.
