OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law 2613-83
as amended, a By-law to provilide for the
regulation 0:5 parking in the Town of
Aurora.
WHEREAS the Milllicipal Coilllcil of the Town of Aurora deem it expedient
to amend By-law 2613-83;
AND WHEREAS Section 210 of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1980, as amended,
permits Coilllcil to pass By-laws for the regulation of parking;
NOW THEREFORE the Coilllcil of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Part Four, Section (3), (Parking Restrictions on specified
Streets), be amended by deletion of references to Orchard Heights
Boulevard, south side and the addition thereto of the following:
ORCHARD HEIGHTS FROM: The Yonge Street Scuth Side Anytime
BOULEVARD Intersection
To: A point 189 m
