BY-LAW NUMBER 2866-86
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A ZONING BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2213-78.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Aurora
enacts as follows:
1. That Section 21 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section
21.5 "Central Commercial (C2-3) Exception Zone".
21.5.1 USES PERMITTED
In accordance with Section 21.1 provided that not more than a
total of 18 residential units will result.
21.5.2 ZONE REQUIREMENTS
In accordance with Section 21.2.1
21.5.3 Siting Specifications
Rear Yard (Centre Street) 2.1 m
21.5.4 Building Specifications
Gross Floor Area of all Buildings (maximum) 2,300 m2
Height of Building (maximum) 12 m
21.5.5 That notwithstanding the requirement of Section 19.2.1 the
minimum length of required loading space shall be 8 m.
21.5.6 That notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 6.26.1.2 and
6.26.1.3, the parking requirements for the lands zoned C2-3
shall be 37 spaces.
2. That Schedule "A" is hereby amended by changing the zoning category on
the 1 ands shown in hatching on Schedule "A" attached hereto and
forming part of this By-law from "Central Commercial (C2} Zone" to
"Central Commercial (C2-3) Exception Zone".
3. No part of this By-1 aw sha 11 come into force unti 1 the provisions of
the Planning Act have been complied with but subject to such
provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.
