OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A ZONING BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora
enacts as follows:
l. That Section 29 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section
29.4.4:
"Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 29.1, those lands comprising
Lots 18 and Part of Lots 17 and 18, Concession II, zoned RU-3, may
be used for the construction of 6 additional detached residences and
one multiple unit residential building to accorrrnodate not more than 10
persons employed on the farm provided that the location of the
residential building is not closer than 25 metres to any property line."
2. That the zoning category applying to the lands shown in dark outline
on Schedule 'A' is hereby amended from "RU-Rural" to "RU-3 Rural
Exception".
3. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the
Planning Act have been complied with but subject to such provisions
the by-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.

AFFADAVIT UNDER SECTION 34(20) OF THE PLANNING ACT (1983)
I, K. B. Rodger, hereby certify that the notice for By-Law
2836-86 of The COPpOration of the Town of Aurora, passed by
the COuncil of the COrporation on the 21st day of April, 1986
was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed
by Ontario Regulation 404/83, made by the Lieutenant Governor-
in-COuncil under subsection 17 of section 34 of the Planning
Act (1983). I also certify that the 35 day objection period
expired on May 26th, 1986 and to this date no valid notice of
objection to the by-law has been filed by any person in the
office of the clerk.
