OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TdWN OF AURORA
BEING a By-law to temporarily
close Yonge Street, within the
Town of Aurora, for a parade.
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to temporari]y close up and
! stop traffic on a portion of Yonge Street (Highway No. 11)
in the Town of Aurora on Saturday, November 16th, 1985, for
the Santa Claus Parade>
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Yonge Street (Highway No. 11) be temporarily
closed up to through traffic in the Town of Aurora,
on Saturday, November 16th, 1985, fr~m the Henderson
Drive/Allaura Boulevard intersection !and the
intersection of Aurora Heights Drive/Mark Street
from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00P.M.
2 . THAT the York Region Police and the ~own of Aurora
Public Works Department be empowered Ito do all acts
of assisting traffic during this tim~ period to
allow the safe movement of the paradE! on Yonge Street
and alternate traffic routing.
