BY-LAW NO. 2784-85
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF!AURORA

A BY-LAW TO APPROVE THE SALE OF CERTAIN LANDS TO SPECTRUM
EDUCATIONAL SUPPLIES LIMITED FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT AND
CARRYING ON OF AN INDUSTRIAL OPERATION.
WHEREAS, this Corporation is now seized and possessed of the
lands mentioned in Schedule "A" appended her-rto;
AND WHEREAS, by virtue of Paragraph 210(50) of the Municipal
Act, R.S.O. 1980, Chapter 302, this Corporation is empowered
to sell lands for municipal purposes and specifically to sell
lands for the purposes of sites for the establishment and
carrying on of industries or industrial operations and uses
incidental thereto;
AND WHEREAS, the lands mentioned ln Schedule "Au are to be
sold by this Corporation for the development of an industrial
site;
AND WHEREAS, SPECTRUM EDUCATIONAL SUPPLIES LIMITED has agreed
to purchase the lands mentioned .in Schedule l'A" for the
development of an industrial site;.
AND WHEREAS, this Corporation entered into an Agreement of
Purchase and Sale made the lOth day of June,! 1985 with
SPECTRUM EDUCATIONAL SUPPLIES LIMITED respecting the sale
of the lands mentioned in Schedule 11 A'1 • !

NOW THEREFORE, The Municipal Corporation
Aurora hereby enacts as Bylaw No. 2784-85
of The Town of Aurora the following:

to SPECTRUM EDUCATIONAL SUPPLI~S LIMITED.
That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign and
execute under the seal of The Corporation of The
Town of Aurora the Agreement of Purchase and Sale
made the lOth day of June, 1985 betweenlthis
Corporation and SPECTRUM EDUCATIONAL SUPPLIES
LIMTED respecting the lands mentioned il'l Schedule
"A".
• ! That the Mayor and Clerk be authorlzed to sign and
execute under the seal of The Corporation of The
Town of Aurora all documents necessary to effect
the sale of the lands mentioned in Schedule "A"
by this Corporation to SPECTRUM EDUCATIONAL SUPPLIES
LIMITED.

ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or, tract
or land and premises being in the Town pf
Auvora, in the Regional Municipality of'i York
and Province of Ontario, and being comppsed
of Part of Lot No. 80, Concession 1, Aurora,
which lands are more particularly descr~bed
as Part Nos. 1 and 4 on a Plan deposited in
the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles
Division of York Region (No. 65) as No.
65R-8293.
