BY-LAW NO. 2771-85
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA

A BY-LAW TO APPROVE THE SALE OF CERTAIN LANDS TO HOLLISTER LIMITED
FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT AND CARRYING ON OF AN INDUSTRIAL OPERATION.
WHEREAS, this Corporation is now seized and possessed of the lands
mentioned in Schedule "A" appended hereto;
AND WHEREAS by virtue of Paragraph 210(50) of the Municipal Act,
R.S.O. 1980, Chapter 302, this Corporation is empowered to sell
lands for municipal purposes and specifically to sell lands for the
purpose of sites for the establishment and carrying on of industries
or industrial operations and uses incidental thereto;
AND WHEREAS, the lands mentioned in Schedule "A" are to be sold by
this Corporation for the development of an industrial site;
AND WHEREAS, Hollister Limited has agreed to purchase the lands
mentioned in Schedule "A'' for the development of an industrial sitel
AND WHEREAS, this Corporation entered into an Agreement made the
lOth day June, 1985 with Hollister Limited respecting the sale of
the lands me'h,.tioned in Schedule "A"
NOW THEREFORE, The Municipal Corporation
hereby enacts as By-law No. 2771-85
of The Town of Aurora
of The Corporation of The
Town of Aurora the following:

'I'hat the lands mentioned in Schedule "A" be sold and
conveyed to Hollister Limited.
That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign and execute
under the seal of The Corporation of The Town of Aurora
the Agreement made the lOth day of June, 1985 between this
Corporation and Hollister Limited.
That the Mayor and Clerk beauthorized to sign and execute
under the seal of The Corporation of The Town of Aurora
all documents necessary to effect the sale by this
Corporation of the lands mentioned in Schedule "A" to
Hollister Limited.

-' ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land being in the
Town of Aurora, in the Regional Municipal of York and Province of
Ontario, and being composed of Part of Lot No. 80, Concession 1,
Aurora (formerly in the Township of Whitchurch), which land is
more particularly described as Part Nos. 11 and 12 on a Plan
deposited. in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division
of York Region (No. 65) as Plan No. 65R-8101.
