OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
A BY-LAW TO APPROVE THE SALE OF CERTAIN LANDS TO
INDUCON CONSTRUCTION (NORTHERN) INC. FOR THE
ESTABLISHMENT AND CARRYING ON OF AN INDUSTRIAL
OPERATION.
WHEREAS, this Municipal Corporation is now seized and possessed of the
lands mentioned in Schedule 11 A 11 appended hereto;
AND WHEREAS, by virtue of Paragraph 210(50) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O.
1980, Chapter 302, this Municipal Corporation is empowered to sell lands
for municipal purposes and specifically to see lands for the purposes of
sites for the establishment and carrying on of industries or industrial
operations and uses incidental thereto;
AND WHEREAS, the lands mentioned in Schedule 11 A 11 are to be sold by this
Municipal Corporation for the development of an Industrial Site;
AND WHEREAS, Inducon Construction (Northern) Inc. has applied to this
Corporation to purchase the lands mentioned in Schedule 11 A" in and for
the consideration of $60,000, 00 per acre for the development of an industrial
operation;
AND WHEREAS, this Corporation entered into an Agreement of Purchase
and Sale dated the 14th day of March, 1985, with Inducon Construction
(Northern) Inc. to sell the lands mentioned in Schedule 11 A" to Inducon
Construction (Northern) Inc.
NOW THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora hereby enacts
as By-law No. 2762-85 of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora, the
following:
(1) That the lands herein mentioned in Schedule "A" be sold and conveyed
to Inducon Construction (Northern) Inc. for the development of an
industrial operation.
(2) That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign and execute under
the seal of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora the Agreement of
Purchase and Sale dated the 14th day of March, 1985 between this
Corporation and Inducon Construction (Northern) Inc. respecting the
lands mentioned in Schedule 11 A",
(3) That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign and execute under
the seal of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora all documents necessary
to effect the sale of the lands mentioned in Schedule 11 A" by this Corporation
pursuant to the said Agreement of Purchase and Sale.

ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises
situate, lying and being in the Town of Aurora, in the Regional
Municipality of York and Province of Ontario and being Part of Lot 80,
Concession No. l, which lands are more particularly described as
Part of the West Half of Part 6, according to Reference Plan No. 65R6842.
