AMENDMENT NO. 33
TO THE
OFFICIAL PLAN FOR THE
AURORA PLANNING AREA
This amendment to the Official Plan for the Aurora
Planning Area, Which has been adopted by the Council
of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora is hereby
approved in accordance with section 21 of the Planning
Act as Amendment No. 33 to the Official Plan for the
Aurora Planning Area.

BY-LAW NUMBER 2741-85
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A ZONING BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
1. That Section 21.1 is hereby amended by adding the
following as permitted uses:
dwelling units above the first storey
2. That Section 21.2.3 is hereby amended by adding the
following:
"Floor Area per
Dwelling Unit
(minimum)
In accordance with
Section 7.4 of this
By-law."
3. No part of this By-law will come into force until the
provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with
but subject to those provisions, the By-law will take
effect from the day of passing hereof.

Ontario Regulation 404/83, made by the lieutenant
Governor-in-Council under subsection 17 of section 34 of The

period expired on october 21st, 1985 and to this date no notice
of objection to the by-law has been filed by any person in the
office of the clerk.
