BY-LAW NO. 2802-85
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING a By-law to amend By-law
2613-83, a By-law to provide
for the regulation ef parking
for the Town of Aurora.
WHEREAS Section 210 of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1980 as
amended, permits Council to pass By-law for the regulatiom
of parking;
AND WHEREAS the Municipal Corporation of the Town of Aurora
deems it expedient to amend By-law 2613-83;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Aurora ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
( l) THAT Part Four, Section (3), (Parking Restrictions
on Specified Streets)of By-law 2613-83 as amended
be further amended by deletion of reference to the
south side of Golf Links Drive and the addition
thereto of the following:
GOLF LINKS DRIVE From: the Yonge South
Street
Intersection
To: The Murray
Drive
Intersection
AN}:'T!ME
(2) THAT Part Four, Section (3), (Parking Restrictions
on Specified Streets) of By-law 2613-83 as amended
be further amended by the addition thereto of the

BROOKLAND AVENUE From: the Banbury
Court

and

To: the Fairway

force and effeci: upon final passage thereof, and
when properly worded signs have been erected and
are on display.
