BY-LAW NO. 2801-85
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING a By-law to amend By-law 2613-83
as amended, a By-law to provide for
the regulation of parking in the Town
of Aurora.
WHEREAS Section 210 of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1980 as
amended, permits Council to pass By-laws for the regulation
of parking;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Aurora enacted By-law 2775-85 on the 3rd day of
September, 1985 to provide, in part, for the regulation
of parking on Laurentide Avenue.
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Aurora now deems
it expedient to further amend the provisions for the
regulation of parking on Laurentide Avenue.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Aurora ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
l. THAT Part Four, Section (3), (Parking Restrictions
on Specified Streets) ,<cl:f By-law 2613-83 as amended;.
be further amended by the deletion of reference to
Laurentide Avenue and the substitution therefore of
the following:
LAURENTIDE AVENUE From: Orchard Heights
Boulevard
intersection
To: The Aurora
Heights Drive
intersection
WEST
SIDE
2. THAT the provlslons of this By-law shall not become
effective until final passage thereof and until
properly worded signs have been erected and are
on display.
