OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING a By-Law to amend By-law
2650-84, a by-law to establish
certain fees for the Town of
Aurora,
WHEREAS Section 68(1) of the Planning Act, 1983 S. 0.
'-i 1983 C.l provides that Council may prescribe by By-law, a
tariff of fees for the processlng of applications made in
respect of planning matters;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Aurora deems it expedient to amend By-law 2650-84, enacted
pursuant to the aforementioned provisions;
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Section 1 of By-law No#: 2680:_84 be and is hereby
amended by the· dele<tion of reference to fees for Minor
Variance and Consent applications and substitution
therefore of the following:
MINOR VARIANCE $150.00
CONSENTS $350.00
2. THAT the provisions of this By-law shall come into
force on the 1st day of January, 1986.
