BY-LAW NO. 2737-85
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE mwN OF AURORA
BEING a By-law to amend Byrlaw
2613-83, as amended, a By-iaw
to provide for the regulation of
parking in the ToWn of Aurpra.
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the ToWn of Aurora deems it expedient to
amend By-law 2613-83 as amended;
AND WHEREAS Section 210 of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1980, as amended, permits
Council to pass By-laws for the regulation of parking;
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the ToWn. of Aurora ENACTS AS EDLLCWS:
·1. THAT Part Four, Section (3) (Parking Restrictions on
Specific Streets) , be amended by the addition thereto
of the follo;ving:
