BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 (Faulkner) - 19850715 - 276885BY -LAW NUMBER 2768-85 OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A ZONING BY-LAW WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2213-78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1. That the zoning category applying to the south part of Lot 19, south of Centre Street, Registered Plan 107 is hereby amended from "R5 Special Mixed Density Residential Zone" to "R5-8 Special Mixed Density Residential Exception Zone" as shown on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-law. · ... "' 2. That Section 11!.3 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 11!.3. 7. "The existing building on the south part of Lot 19 south of Centre Street, Registered Plan 107 shown designated R5-8 may be used as a retail store provided that not more than 20 square metres of floor area is devoted to that use and also provided that one additional parking space is provided to the side of the building." 3. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with but subject to such provisions the by-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof. Rodger, hereby certify that the notice for By-law 2768-85 of The Corporation of the Town of Aurora, passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 15th day of July, 1985 was given ln the manner and form to the persons pre- scribed by Ontario Regulation 404/83, made by .the Lieutenant Governon-in-Council under subsection 17 of section 34 of The Planning Act (1983). I also certify that the 35 day objection period expired on the 19th day of August 1985 and to this date no valid notice of objection to the by-law has been filed by any person in the office of the clerk.
