OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A ZONING BY -LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora
enacts as follows:
I. That Section 14.3 is hereby amended by deleting Section 14.3.3 and
adding the following in its place.
"The ground floor of the existing building on the
lands zoned "R5-3" may be used for 11-· snJa!la:gimal
hospital provided that not less than 5 parki:ng spaces
are provided on the site. and not more than .!me veterinary
doctor occupies the premises.
2. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the
Planning Act have been complied with but subject to such provisions
the by-law will take effect from the day of passi!)g thereof.
