OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A ZONING BY -LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora
enacts as follows:
1. That the zoning category applying to Lot 17 south of Centre Street,
Plan 107 is hereby amended from "R5-Special Mixed Density
Residential Zone" to "R5-7 Special Mixed Density Residential
Exception Zone" as shown on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming
part of this By-law.
2. That Section llt.3 is hereby amended by adding the following as
Section l/t.3.6:
"The existing building on Lot 17 south of Centre Street, Plan
107 designated R5-7 may be used as professional offices provided
that not more than 2 doctors at any one time may occupy the
premises and also provided that not less than 11 parking spaces
are provided to the rear of the building and screened in
accordance with the provisions of Section 6.27 .5.
3. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the
Planning Act have been complied with but subject to such provisions
the by-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.

2769-85 of The Corporation of the Town of Aurora, passed
by Council of the Corporation on the 15th day of July, 1985
was given in the manner and form and to the persons pre-
scribed by Ontario Regulation 404./83, made by the Li.eutenant
Governor-in-Council under subsection 17 of section .34 of The
Planning Act (19 8 3). I also certi.fy that the 3 5 day objection
period expired on the 19th day of August 1985 and to this
date no valid notice of objection to the by-law has been
filed by any person in the offi.ce of the clerk.
