BY-LAW NUMBER 2772-85
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A ZONING BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
1. That the zoning category applying to Lot 66, Plan M-64
being the land shown in shading on Schedule 'A' attached
hereto and forming part of this By-law is hereby amended
from "R3-Semi-Detached and Duplex Dwelling Third Density
Residential Zone" to "R2-Detached Dwelling Second
Density Residential Zone."
2. That the zoning category applying to Lots 37 and Lots
330-336, Plan 475, being the lands shown in shading on
Schedule 'B' attached hereto and forming part of this
By-law is hereby amended from "R2-Detached Dwelling
Second Density Residential Zone" to "R3-Semi-Detached
and Duplex Dwelling Third Density Zone".
3. That Section 34.4 is hereby deleted and the following
substituted therefore:
34.4 Penalty
34.4.1
Every person who contravenes the provisions of this By-
law is guilty of an offence and on conviction is liable:
(a) on a first conviction to a fine of not more than
$20,000; and
(b) on a subsequent conviction to a fine of not more
than $10,000 for each day or part thereof upon
which the contravention has continued after the
day on which he was first convicted.
34.4.2
Every corporation which contravenes the provisions of
this By-law is guilty of an offence and on conviction
is liable:
(a) on a first conviction to a fine of not more than
$50,000; and

was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by
Ontario Regulation 404/83' made by the Lieutenant
Governor-in-Council under subsection 17 of section 34 of The
Planning Act (1983). I also certify that the 35 day objection
period expired on Septem6eit 23Jtd.1985and to this date no notice
of objection to the by-law has been filed by any person in the
office of the clerk.

(b) on a subsequent conviction a fine of not more than
$25,000 for each day or part thereof upon which
the contravention has continued after the day on
which the corporation was convicted.
4. That Section 26.3, Clause 1 is hereby deleted and the
following added in its place:
Open or outside storage accessory to the main use, and
parking of commercial vehicles on a property is permitted
providing that such storage and/or parking is limited
to side and/or rear yards of the building and screened
from the street by a wall or decorative close board or
masonry type fence not less than two (2) metres and not
more than two decimal five (2.5) metres in height and
also providing that the main use is contained within a
building located on the property.
