OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A ZONING BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2213-78.

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as
follows:
1. That Section 11 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section
11.24. Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2 -22)
Exception Zone.
"SECTION 11.24 DETACHED DWELLING SECOND DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (R2-22)
EXCEPTION ZONE
11.24.1 USES PERMITTED
In accordance with Section 11.1 hereof.
11.24.2 ZONE REQUIREMENTS
11.24.2.1 Lot Specifications
Lot Area (minimum) 830 square metres
Lot Frontage (minimum) 26 metres
11.24.2.2 Siting Specifications
In accordance with Section 11.2.2 hereof.
11.24.2.3 Building Specifications
Floor Area (minimum):
-one (1) storey 185 square metres
two (2) storeys 185 square metres
Lot Coverage (maximum) 35 percent
Height (main building) maximum 10 metres"
2. The zoning category applying to the lands shown in dark outline on
Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-law is
hereby amended from "H-Holding" to "R2-18", "R2-19", "R2-22" -
Detached Residential Exception Zones and "0-Major Open Space" as
shown on Schedule 'A'.

No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the
Planning Act have been complied with but subject to such provisions
the by-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.

Ontario Regu1ation 404/83, made by the Lieutenant
Governor-in-Counci1 under subsection 17 of section 34 of The
P1anning Act (1983). I a1so certify that the 35 day objection
period expired on September 22nd 1986 and to this date no notice
of objection to the by-1aw has been fi1ed by any person in the
office of the c1erk.
