OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A ZONING BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2213-
78.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Corporation of the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
1. That the zoning category applying to the lands shown in
dark outline on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming
part of this By-law is hereby amended from "RU-Rural"
to "H-Holding", "R2-12-Detached Residential Second
Density Exception Zone" and 11 0-Major Open Space" as
shown on Schedule 1 A 1 •

2. That Section 11 is hereby amended by adding the following
as Section 11.14.
Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2-12)
Exception Zone.
11.14.1 Uses Permitted.
In accordance with Section 11.1 hereof.
11.14.2 Zone Requirements.
11.14.2.1. Lot Specifications.
In accordance with Section 11.2.1 hereof.
11.14.2.2 Siting Specifications
Front Yard (minimum)
Rear Yard (minimum)
6 metres
7.5 metres
Except that where lots abut the C.N.R.
right-of-way the minimum required rear
yard shall be 30 metres.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3.138
respecting the definition of rear yard, for the
purposes of this category, the minimum rear yard
will be calculated from the westerly boundary of
the original C.N.R. right-of-way.
Interior Side Yard
