BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 - 19850204 - 273085'· ' BY-LAW NUMBER 2730-85 OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A ZONING BY-LAW WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2213- 78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1. Section 6.26.1.5 is hereby deleted and the following added in its place: "Factory or industrial building: i) ii) Having a floor area of 2,800 square metres or less. Having a floor area in excess of 2,800 square metres. One parking space for each 50 square metres of floor area of the building. One parking space for each 50 square metres of of floor area of the building for the first 2,800 square metres. One parking space for each 90 square metres of floor area for the second 2,800 square metres. That the following be added as Section 3.144. Premises Shall mean the area of a building or part thereof occupied or used by a business enterprise. In a multiple occupancy building occupied by more than one business, each busirtass: shall be considered a separate premises. 4. No part of this by-law will come into force until the provisisions of the Planning Act have been complied with but subject to those provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing hereof. Amendment No. 31 to the Official Plan for the Aurora Planning Area This amendment to the Official Plan for the Aurora Planning Area, which has been adopted by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora is hereby modified under the provisions of section 21 of the Planning Act, as follows: l. Schedule 'A' to Amendment No. 31 is deleted and replaced with the new Schedule 'A'. As thus modified, this amendment is hereby approved pursuant to section 21 of the Planning Act, as Amendment No. 31 to the Official Plan for the Aurora Planning Area. l. J.
