BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 - 19850306 - 274285BY-LAW NUMBER 2742-85
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A ZONING BY -LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora
enacts as follows:
I. That Section 6.48.1 is hereby amended by adding the following clause
after window bays:
"Notwithstanding the above requirements, window bays may be
permitted to extend into an interior side yard for a maximum of
.33 metre on Lots 93, 95, 96, 97, 102, 103, 106, 120, 121, 130,
171 and 172 on Registered Plan 65M-2189 and on Lots 37, 96,
99, 102 and 109 on Registered Plan 65M-2228."
2. That Section 6.48.1 is amended by adding the following clause after
balconies, steps:
"Notwithstanding the above requirements, steps may be permitted
to extend into an interior side yard for a maximum of 1 metre on
Lots 103, 106, 113, 114, 117 and 170 on Registered Pian 65M-
2189."
3. That Section 6.48.1 is amended by adding the following clause after
open, roofed porches not exceeding one ( 1) storey in height;
uncovered terraces, patios, sun decks:
"Notwithstanding the above requirement, a sun deck may be
permitted to extend into the rear yard for a maximum of 4.1
metres on Lots 120, 168 and 169 on Registered Plan 65M-2189."
4. Not part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of
the Planning Act have been complied with but subject to such
provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.

the Corporation on the 6th day of March ,19~
was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by
Ontario Regulation 404/83, made by the Lieutenant
Governor-in-Council under subsection 17 of section 34 of The
Planning Act (1983). I also certify that the 35 day objection
period expired on April lOth, 1985 and to this date no notice
of objection to the by-1 aw has been filed by any person in the
office of the clerk.
