OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING a By-law to renumber cert.ain
properties on the Industrial Parkway
South in the Town of Aurora.
WHEREAS the provisions of Town of Aur0ra By-law No. 2420-81
duly enacted ahd passed the lst day of March 1982, renamed
certain portions of Ross Street and Industry Street so'c·that
they are now known as the Industrial Parkway;
AND WHEREAS as a result of the renaming, a new municipal numbering
system is required on portions,of the said street;
AND WHEREAS Section 210 (106) of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1980,
as amended, permits Council to pass By-laws numbering the buildings
and lots along any highway, or any other property within the
Municipality;
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Aurora ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT effective MAY lst, 19 84 '' 'the following properties
listed in Column "A" and now known as shown in Column "B" sh_all
become properly known by the Municipal number as indicated in
Column "C" as further shown and detailed on the attached
Schedule "A" to this By-law.
2. THAT copies of this By-law shall be sent to the Owners and
Tenants of all properties affected by this renumbering action
and all municipal and public authorities and to the Post Office.
3. THAT the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and
be effective uopn final passage thereof.
