BY-LAW No. 2656-84
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING a By-law to desigate multiple-stop
intersections at Victoria and Mo$ley
Streets and Murray and Glass Drives ln
the Town of Aurora.
WHEREAS the provisions of Section 117 of the Highway Traffic Act
R.S.O. 1980, Chapter 198, as amended, permit Council to erect
stop signs at intersections of highways under its jurisdiction;
AND WHEREAS Council of the Town of Aurora deems it expedient to
designate certain intersections as multiple stop intersections;
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following intersections shall have stop signs
erected in accordance with the prescribed regulations:
Intersection
Murray Drive and
Glass Drive
Murray Drive and
Glass Drive
Murray Drive and
Glass Drive
Facing Traffic
Eastbound on Glass Drive
Northbound on Murray Drive
Southbound on Murray Drive
2. THAT the following intersections shall have stop signs
erected in accordance with the prescribed regulations:
Intersection
Victoria Street and
Mosley Street
Victoria Street and
Mosley Street
Victoria Street and
Mosley Street
Victoria Street and
Mosley Street
Facing Traffic
Eastbound on Mosley Street
Westbound on Mosley Street
Northbound on Victoria Street

3. THAT reference to Murray Drive and Victoria Street as
being through streets as contained in Town of Aurora
By-law No. 1452, as amended, be and are hereby DELETED.
4 0 THAT the provisions of this By-law shall not become
effective until final passage thereof, until same are
approved by the Regional Municipality of York, and
until properlsigns have been erected and are on display.
