OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN llJF AURORA
BEING a By-law to dedicate certain
lands on the Industrial Parkway North
in the Town of Aurora as a Public
Highway.
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Aurora deems it expedient to dedicate certain lands now held as
public road allowances:
NOW THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora hereby
enacts as By-law Number 2714-84 the following:
1. THAT the land situate, lying and being in the Town of
Aurora, in the Regional Municipality of York, and being
part of Lot No. 103, Registered Plan No. 246, which lands
are more particularly described as Part Nos. 2 and 3 on
a Reference Plan of Survey No. 65R-626 and Part Nos. 4
and 6 on Reference.Plan of Survey No.. 65R-3800 be and
are hereby dedicated as public highways in the Town of
Aurora.
2. THAT the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and
be effective upon final passage thereof.
