OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING a By-law to dedicate certain
.lands in the Aurora Highlands sub-
division as Public Highways.
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of
! Aurora deems it expedient to dedicate certain lands now held as
J public road allowances;
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Part No. 2 of Reference Plan Number 65R-3785
be and is hereby dedicated as a public highway in
the Town of Aurora.
2. THAT Part No.2 of Reference Plan Number 65R-3538
be and is hereby dedicated as a public highway in
the Town of Aurora.
3. THAT Block No. 94 of Registered Plan of Subdivision
Number M-2035 be and is hereby dedicated as a public
highway in the Town of Aurora.
4. THAT the provisions of this By-law shall become effective
upon final passage thereof.

APPLICATION TO AMEND REGISTER
(SECTION 78 OF THE LAND TITLES ACT, R.S.O. 1980)
TO: THE LAND REGISTRAR FOR THE LAND TITLES DIVISION OF
YORK REGION (NO. 65)
THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA, the registered owner
of: Parcel 79-2 in the Register for Section K-1, and Parcel Reserve-1
in the Register for Section M-2035, in the Town of Aurora, in the
Regional Municipality of York, hereby apply under Section 78 of The
Land Titles Act of Ontario to have the Registers for the said Parcels
amended by:
1. Noting thereon the passing of By-law No. 2648-84 of The
Municipal Corporation of the Town of Aurora on March 5, 1984, which
By-law affects the whole of the lands comprising the said Parcel 79-2
in the Register for Section K-1 and that part of Parcel Reserve-1
in the Register for Section M-2035, for the Town of Aurora, comprising
all of Block 94 on Registered Plan of Subdivision No. M-2035. The
said By-law No. 2648-84 of The Municipal Corporation of the Town of
Aurora dedicates the lands therein mentioned as public highways in
the Town of Aurora.
The evidence in support of this Application consists of:
1. A certified copy of the aforsaid By-law No. 2648-84 of The
Municipal Corporation of the Town of Aurora.
