BY-LAW NUMBER 2673-84
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING a BY-LAW to dedicate certain
lands on INDUSTRIAL PARKWAY , NORTH
Town of Aurora, as a Public Highway.
! t WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of The Town of
'-. Aurora deems it expedient to dedicate certain lands now held
l_) as public road allowances;
NOW THEREFORE, The Municipal Council of The Corporation of The
Town of Aurora hereby enacts as By-law Number 2673-84 of The
Corporation of The Town of Aurora the following:
l. THAT the land situate, lying and being in the Town
of Aurora, in the Regional Municipality of York, and
being part of Lot No. 103, Registered Plan No. 246,
which lands are more particularly described as Part Nos.
2 and 3 on Reference Plan No. 65R-626 and Part Nos. 4 and 6
on Reference Plan No. 65R-3800 be and are hereby dedicated
as public highways in the Town of Aurora.
2. THAT the provisions of this By-law shall become effective
upon final passage thereof.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 2ND DAY OF APRIL, 1984.
