OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE CONVEYING
OF PART OF ACCOMMODATION ROAD ON REGISTERED
PLAN 102 TO HERON HOMES (AURORA) LTD.
WHEREAS part of saiq Accommodation Road was closed by
Order of His Honour Judge Conant, dated March 12th, 1980;

AND WHEREAS Section 57.(2) of the Surveys Act provides
that part of the Road so closed belongs to the owners of the
land abutting thereon;
AND WHEREAS Heron Homes .(Aurora) Ltd. is the owner of
all of the lands abutting the said closed portion of the Road;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Aurora enacts as follows:
1. · The conveyance of that part of the Accommodation Road
according to Registered Plan 102, shown as Part 2 on
Deposited Plan 65R-7106 in the Registry Office at
Newmarket, from The Corporation of the Town of Aurora
to Heron Homes (Aurora) Ltd. is hereby ratified,
approved and confirmed.
