BY-LAW NO. 2713-84
B~ing a By-law to adopt a Community Improvement Plan for the
"Commercial Area Improvement Program Area No. 1", Community
Improvement Project Area.
WHEREAS th~ Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora
has designated the ''Commercial Area Improvement Program Area
No. 1" as a community improvement project area;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Aurora has designated the "Community Improvement Program
Area No. 1" as a community improvement project area by By-
law No. 2712-84 passed pursuant to Section 28 (2) of the
Planning Act on the 1st of October 1984.
AND WHEREAS the community improvement plan for the "Commercial
Area Improvement Program Area No. 1'' conforms with the
Official Plan of the Aurora Planning Area;
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA pursuant
to Section 28(4) of the Planning Act, S.O, 1983, ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The community improvement plan for the "Commercial Area
Improvement Program Area No. 1" consisting of the
attached maps and schedules and explanatory text, is
hereby adopted.
2. That the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
make application to the Minister of Mu'nicipal Affairs
and Housing for approval of the aforementioned "Commercial
Area Improvement Program Area No. 1" community improvement
plan.
3. This by-law shall come into force and take effect on
the day of passing thereof.
