OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING ~ By-law to amend By-law
2613-83, a By-law to govern and
control the parking• ,6£ vehicles
within the Town of Aurora.
WHEREAS the provisions of Section 210 of the Municipal Act, R.S .. O.
1980, as amended, permit Council to pass By-laws for the regulation
of parking;
' AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora
deemsiit expedient to amend By-law•'26iL:3-8.3; as amended;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Part Four, Section (3), Parking Restrictions on
Specified Streets) be and is her.eby amended by the addition
thereto of the following:
McDONALD DRIVE From: 57.1 m. (187.5 ft.) south
of the Wellington Street
intersection
EAST
SIDE
ANYTIME
To: 6 6 . 3 m. ( 217 . 5 ft . ) south_
