BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 (Beohis) - 19840522 - 267984·. BY-LAW NUMBER OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A ZONING BY-LAW ' WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law 2213-78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1. That Section 11 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 11.11 Detached Dwelling Residential (R2-9) Exception Zone. 11.11.1 Uses Permitted cond Density In accordance with Section 11.1 hereof. 11.11.2 Zone Requirements 11.11.2.1 Lot Specifications Lot Area (minimum) 325 square m~tres Lot Frontage (minimum) 10 metres. 11.11.2.2 Siting Specifications Front Yard Rear Yard 6 metres 7.5 metres Interior Side Yard (minimum) One or two stories -on one side .6 metres On the other side 1.2 metres Exterior Side Yard 6 metres 11.11.2.3 Building Specifications In accordance with Section 11.2 3 hereof. 2. That Section 11 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 11.12 Detached Dwelling S~cond Density Residential (R2-10) Exception Zone. 11.12.1 Uses Permitted In accordance with Section 11.1 hereof. 11.12.2 Zone Requirements ·,. . ' .· -2 - 11.12.2.1 Lot Specifications Lot Area (minimum) 460 squar metres Lot Frontage (minimum) 15 metres 11.12.2.2 Siting Specifications Front Yard -4.5 metres Rear Yard -30 metres Interior Side Yard One or two stories on one sid -.6 metres on the other side -1.2 metres Exterior Side Yard - 6 metres 11.12.2.3 Building Specifications In accordance with Section 11.2.3 hereof. 3. That Map 3 of Schedule 'A' is hereby amended by changing the zoning category from 'H'-Holdi~g to 'R2-7' Detached Dwelling Second Density Residentiaf Exception Zone, 'R2-8' Detached Dwelling Second De~sity Exception Zone, 'R2-9' Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential Exception Zone, 'R2-10' Detached D&elling Second Density Residential Exception Zone, '0' Major Open Space Zone and 'M-2' Industrial zone as shown on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-law. 4. No part of this by-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with but subject to such provisions the by-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.
