OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2213-78
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law 2213-78 so as
to ensure that it is consistent with By-law 2142-77 as
amended by By-law 2582-83.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 29.1 Uses
Permitted, one detached residential replacement dwelling
may be erected and maintained on the lands shown in
hatching on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming
part of this By-law provided that:
(i) the existing dwelling is demolished upon occupancy
of the replacement dwelling,
(ii) both dwellings shall not be occupied at the same
time.
2. All other provisions of By-law 2213-78 shall apply to
the subject lands.
3. No part of this By-law will come into force until the
provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with
but subject to such provisions the By-law will take
effect from the day of passing thereof.

corporation having an opportunity to consider certain amend-
menta to the said by-law and the said council having on the
5th day of March, 1984 passed ~-law 2658-84 amending ~-law
2582-83 and incorporating certain reo0111111endationa of the Board
and having caused a certified copy thereof to be filed and
the Board having dispensed with notice and hearing in respect
of ~-law 2658-84,
