OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A ZONING BY-LAW!
I WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-l~w Number 2213-
78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation' of the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
1. That Sections 12.1, 13.1, 14.1 and 15.1 are hereby
amended by adding the following "Privat,e Home Day
Care" to the permitted uses.
2. That Section 3 is hereby amended by adding the following
as Section 3.14 1.

Private Home Day Care
Means the temporary care and custody, fpr reward or
I compensation and for a continuous periop not exceeding
15 hours of children under 12 years of ~ge in a dwelling
unit other than the home of a parent or! guardian of any

such child, by a person who regularly resides in the
dwelling unit.
No part of this By-law will come into force until the
provisions of the Planning Act have bee~ complied with
but subject to such provisions the By-law will take
effect from the date of passing thereof,
