OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A ZONING BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2213-
78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
1. That Section 29 is hereby amended by adding the following
as Section 29.4.2.
"Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 29.2.1
the lands designated RU-1 on Map No. 1 of Schedule
'A' may be used for the construction of 1 additional
detached residence Notwithstanding the provisions
of Section 29.2.Z respecting exterior side yard,'
the exterior side yard requirement shall be 12b
metres. All provisions of Section 29J2.2 respecting
Siting Specifications shall apply to the subject
lands."
2. That Map No. 1 of Schedule 'A' is hereby amended by
changing the zoning category applying to the subject
lands shown in dark outline on Schedule 'A' attached
hereto and forming part of this By-law froni "RU -
Rural" to "RU-1 -Rural Exception".
3. No part of this By-law will come into force until the
provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with
but subject to such provisions the By-law will take
effect from the day of passing thereof.
