BY-LAW NUMBER 2663-84
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A ZONING BY-LAW
WHEREAS 'it is deemed advisable to amend By-law. 2213-78.
y NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corproration of the Town of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1. That Section 29 is hereby amended by adding the following as
section 29.4.3.
"Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 29.2.1. respecting
lot area and lot frontage the lands designated 'RU-2 Rural
Exception' in Map 1 of Schedule 'A 1 may be used for the
creation of 2 lots having ~nimum frontage of 50 metres, a
ndnimum area of .9 hectares and minimum sideyards of 3 metres.
All other provisions of Section 29.2.1. shall apply to the
subject lands."
2. That the zoning category applying to the lands shown in dark
outline on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of
this By-law is hereby amended from 1 RU-Rural' to 1 RU-2:'}}ural X
Exception' .. ·
3. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions
of the Planning Act have been complied with but subject to such
provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing
thereof.
