BY-LAW NUMBER 2"6.86-84
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A ZONING BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
1. That the zoning category applying to the lands shown in
dark outline on Schedule 1 A 1 attached: hereto and forming
part of this By-law is hereby amendedi from 'H-Holding'
to 'C4-3 Shopping Centre Commercial E~ception'.
2. That Section 23 is hereby amended by adding the following
as Section 23.3.3
"The lands shown zoned C4-3 may be used only for the
following uses:
business and professional office
clinics
drug stores
libraries, post offices and government administrative
offices
medical and dental laboratories
personal service shops
restaurants special
retail stores
All zone provisions of Section 23.2 s~all apply to the
subject lands."
3. That Section 3.106 is hereby amended by renumbering
Section 3.106 to 3.106.i and adding the following as
Section 3.106.ii.
Restaurant, Special:
means a building or structure or part thereof where
food is prepared and served to the public for consumption
only within the building.

4. No part of this By-law will come into force until the
provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with
but subject to such provisions the ~y-law will take
effect from the day of passing ther~of .
