BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 - 19841105 - 266584BY-LAW NUMBER ;((O(o <:;: p'f OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A ZONING BY-LAW WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2213- 78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows; 1. That Section 30 Environmental Protection (E.P.) Zone is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 30. 3. 2; "Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 30.1 respecting Permitted Uses, the existing building on the lands designated "EP-1" on Schedule 'A' may be used for the following: business or professional offices, commercial schools, commercial clubs, clinics, retail and wholesale stores, service shops, light, service shops, personal and shall include assembly customarily associated with the preceeding uses, in addition to the existing permitted uses provided that no new additions to the building are permitted. 2. That the zoning category applying to the lands shown in hatching on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-law is hereby amended from "Environmental Protection (E.P.)" to "Environmental Protection Exception (E.P.-1)". 3.
