BY-LAW NUMBER 2707-84
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A ZONING BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2213-
78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
1. That Schedule 'A' is hereby amended by changing
the zoning category applying to the lands shown in
hatching on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and
forming part of this by-law from "Ml" to "Ml-3".
2. That Section 6.26 is amended by adding the following
as Section 6.26.2.4. "Notwithstanding the provisions
of Section 6.26.1.4 and 6.26.1.5 the parking
requirements for a building constructed on the
lands zoned M1-3 on Map No. 5 of Schedule 'A'
shall be 1 parking space for each 68 square metres
of floor area of the building".
3. All other requirements of By-law 2213-78 shall
apply to the subject lands.
4. No part of this By-law will come int6 force until
the provisions of the Planning Act have been
complied with but subject to such provisions the
By-law will take effect from the day of passing
thereof.
