BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 - 19840627 - 268884BY-LAW NUMBER 2688-84 OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A ZONING BY-LAW WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law 2213-78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1. That Schedule 'A' Map No. 4 is hereby amended by changing the zoning category applying to the lands shown in dark outline on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-law from 'H -Holding' to 'R2 - Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential Zone'. 2. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof. To amend By-law 2213-78 the zoning by-law applying to the Town of Aurora from ''H-Holding" to ''R2-Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential Zone" to permit the development of 53 detached residential lots. Lots to be created must have a minimum frontage of 15 metres (approximately 50 feet) and a minimum area of 460 square metres (approximately 5,000 square feet). Buildings must have a minimum area of 120 square metres (approximately 1,300 square feet) for a one storey building and 130 square metres (approximately 1,400 square feet) for a two storey building. Yard requirements are front-6 metres (approximately 20 feet), rear-7.5 metres (approximately 25 feet); Interior side-1 storey 1.2 metres (approximately 4 feet); 2 storey 1.5 metres (approximately 5 feet); exterior side-6 metres (approximately 20 feet). • AFFADAVIT UNDER SECTION 34 (20) of the PLANNING ACT (1983) I, Colleen E. Gowan, hereby Certify that the notice for By-law 2688-84 of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora, passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 27th day of June, 1984 was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by Ontario Regulation 404/83, made by the Lieutenant Governor-in- Council under subsection 17 of section 34 of the Planrring Act. I also Certify that the 35 day objection period expired on the 1st day of August, 1984 and to this date no notice of objection to the By-law has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
