BY-LAW NUMBE~ 2643-84
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF,THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A ZONING BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2213-
78.
·NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corpor~tion of the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
1. That Section 10 is hereby amended 9Y adding the following
as Section 10.3 Exceptions.
10.3.1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section
10.2.2 regarding rear yard, the rear yard requirement
for the property designated R1-2 shall be 8 metres.
2. That the zoning category applying to the lands shown in
dark outline on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming
part of this By-law is hereby amen~ed from 'Rl' Detached
Dwelling First Density Residential to 'Rl-2' Detached
Dwelling First Density Residential Exception and 'R2'
Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential as shown

on Schedule 'A' .
3. No part of this By-law will come into force until the
provisions of the Plann~ng Act have been complied with
but subject to such provisions the By-law will take
effect from the day of passing thereof.
