OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A ZONING BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2213-
78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
1. That Section 11 is hereby amended by adding the following
as Section 11.8. Detached Dwelling Second Density
Residential (R2-6) Exception Zone.
"Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 11.2.1 the
lands designated R2-6 on Schedule 'A' Map 4 which have
a minimum lot frontage of 6 metres to a minimum area of
4,000 square metres may be used for the construction of
1 detached dwelling in accordance with the provision of
11.2.2 and 11.2.3".
2. That Schedule 'A' Map 4 is hereby amended by changing
the zoning category applying to the lands shown in dark
outline on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming
part of this By-law from 'H' Holding to R2-Detached
Dwelling Second Density Residential R2-6 Detached
Dwelling Second Density Residential Exception and '0'
Major Open Space as shown on Schedule 'A'.
3. No part of this By-law will come into force until the
provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with
but subject to such provisions the By-law will take
effect from the day of passing thereof.
