BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 - 19840109 - 263383-. BY-LAW NUMBER ~6~3-'i?3 OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A ZONING BY-LAW WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2213- 78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1. That Section 11 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 11.6 Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2-4) Exception. 11. 6. 1 Uses Permitted In accordance with Section 11.1 hereof. 11.6.2 Zone Requirements 11.6.2.1 Lot Specifications Lot Area (minimum) 370 sq. metres 12 metres Lot Frontage (minimum) 11.6.2.2 Siting Specifications 11.6.3 In accordance with Section 11.2.2 hereof except that the minimum exterior side yard shall be 4.5 metres. Building Specifications Floor Area (minimum) 100 sq. metres Height (main bldg.-max.) 10 metres 2. That Section 11 is hereby amended by adding the following as 11.7. Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2-5) Exception. 11.7.1 Uses Permitted In accordance with Section 11.1 hereof. 11.7.2 Zone Requirements 11.7.2.1 Lot Specifications Lot Area (minimum) 410 sq. metres Lot Frontage (min.) 13.7 metres 11.6.2.2 Siting Specifications In accordance with Section 11.2.2 .. - 2 - 11.6.2.3 Building Specifications In accordance with Section 11.2.3 hereof. 3. That Section 28 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 28.3 Exception 28.3.1 Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 28.2.1 regarding frontage the 4. lands zoned I-1 may be zoned for the construction of an elevated water storage area. That the zoning category applying to the lands shown in dark outline on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-law is hereby amended from 'H' Holding to 'Rl' Detached Residential First Density, 'Rl-1' Detached Dwelling First Density Residential Exception. 'R2' Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential 'R2- 4' Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential Exception, 'R2-5' Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential Exception, 'I-1' Institutional Exception, and '0' Major Open Space. 5.
