OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING a By-law to Repeal By-law 1919-71,
a By-law to control the discharge of
sewage.
WHEREAS the provisions of Section 52 of the Regional Municipality
6f York Act R.S.O. 1980, Chapter 443, as amended, permit the
Regional Municipality to pass By-laws to regulate the discharge
of sewage in the Regional Area;
AND WHEREAS the Regional Municipality has enacted and passed
By-law S-23-78-78;
AND WHEREAS Council of the Municipal Corporation of the Town of
Aurora deems it expedient to Repeal By-law 1919-71;
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

THAT By-law 1919-71 passed the 1st day of October,
1973 be and is hereby Repealed.
THAT this By-law shall come into force and be
effective upon final passage thereof.
