OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING a By-law to Repeal By-law 2294-79, a
By-law to adopt Amendment No. 11 to the
Official Plan of the Aurora Planning Area.
WHEREAS the Municipal Cbuncil of the Town of Aurora deems it
expedient to Repeal By-law 2294-79;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Aurora ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT By-law 2294-79, enacted and passed the
22nd day of August, 1979, be and is hereby
Repealed.
2. THAT this By-law shall come into force and effect
upon final passage thereof.
