being a By-Law to amend By-Law 2541-82 to
Temporarily Close up the St. John's Sideroad for
the construction of the York Durham Sewage System.

Now therefore the Municipal Council enacts as follows:
1. That Clauses 1 and 2 be deleted and new Clauses 1 and 2 be inserted to read
as follows:
(1) that the St. John's Sideroad from 300 feet east of
( 2)
the C.N.R. crossing to the east limit of Old Yonge
Street be temporarily closed effective November
15th, 1982 to March 31st, 1983.
That the St. John's Sideroad from 300 feet east of
the C.N.R. crossing to Highway # 11 be temporarily
closed from January 1st, 1983 to March 31st, 1983.
2. That the By-Law shall come into force and effect on February 15th, 1983.
