BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 - 19831219 - 262883BY-LAW NUMBER c:J b d g -3-.3 OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2213- 78. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1. That Section 26 "General Industrial (M2)" Zone is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 26.4 Exceptions. 26.4.1. "Notwit'hstanding the provisions of Section 26.2 .3. respecting maximum height the maximum height for buildings located on the lands at the northeast corner of Vandorf Road and Englehard Drive being parts of Lots 6-13 inclusive, 1-5 inclusive, Part of Englehard Drive and Part of Block 36 described as Parts 1 thru 6 inclusive and Parts 37 and 38 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of York Region as 65R-6284 and shown on Schedule 'A' Map 5 as M2-1 shall be 15 metres.'' 2. That the zoning category applying to the lands shown in hatching on Schedule 'A' Map 5 is hereby amended from M2 to M2-1 as shown on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-law. 3. That Section 6.26 Parking Space Requirements is hereby amended by adding the following to Section 6.26.2 Exceptions. 6.26.2.2 "Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 6.26.1.4, 6.26.1.5 and 6.26.1.6, the parking requirement for the building located on the lands at the northeast corner of Vandorf Road and Englehard Drive being parts of Lots 6-13 inclusive 1-5 inclusive, Part of Englehard Drive and Part of Block 36 described as Parts 1 thru 6 inclusive and Parts 37 and 38 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of York Region and shown on Schedule 'A' Map 5 as M2-1 as 65R- 6284 shall be 80 spaces." \ \ .I -2 - 4. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with but subject to such provisions the By-law will come into force from the day of passing thereof.
