BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 - 19831219 - 263583BY-LAW NUMBER d-(,35-2'3 OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2213 A ZONING BY-LAW WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2213- 78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1. That Section 15 -Row Dwelling Residential (R6) Zone is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 15.5 Exceptions. 15.5.1 "Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 15.2 the following Zone Requirements shall apply to the lands R6-1 on Schedule 'A' Map 2. no doors or windows in the wall adjoining the narrower side yard. Lot Specifications Lot area Lot Frontage Siting Specifications Front yard Rear yard Minimum sideyard One side of lot 280 9 m 6 m 2 m 7. 5 m 1.2 metres for a 1 storey building with and additional 0.3 metres for each additional storey or part thereof. The other side of lot .6 metres No doors or windows in the wall adjoining the narrower sideyard. Exterior side yard 5 metres Minimum distance between any two buildings 1.8 m, all other provisions of Section 15.2 shall apply to the subject lands. FOR APPROVAL SEE ORDER ATTACHED TO BYLAW 2213-78 (c~r I I - 2 - 2. That Section 11 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 11.9. "Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 11.2.3 the minimum floor area for dwellings constructed on the lands zoned R2-7, Schedule 'A', Map 2 shall be 185 square metres. All other provisions of Section 11 shall apply to the subject lands. 3. Tht Schedule 'A' Map 2 is hereby amended by changing the zoning category applying to the lands shown in dark outline on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-law from 'H' Holding to'R-2', Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential, R2-7 Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential Exception, 'R6-1' Row Dwelling Residential Exception, '0' Major Open Space and 'I' Institutional as shown on Schedule 'A'. 4.
