BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 - 19831219 - 262983BY-LAW NUMBER
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A ZONING BY-LAW 2213-78
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2213-
78.
NOW THEREFORE the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1. That Section 26.4 is hereby amended by adding the
following.
26.4.2
"Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 26.2.2
respecting exterior sideyard requirements the exterior
sideyard requirement for buildings constructed on the
property at the southwest corner of the Industrial
Parkway and Industry Street South designated M1-A1 on
Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this
By-law shall be 2.4 metres.
2. That the zoning category applying to the lands shown in
hatching on Schedule 'A' Map 5 is hereby amended from
"M1-A" to "M1-A1" as shown on Schedule 'A'. attached
hereto and forming part of this By-law.
3. That Section 24.2.7 is hereby amended by adding the
following as Section 24.2.7.1 Exceptions.
24.2.7.1.1
"Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 24.2.7 the
setback from the streetline in exterior sideyard for a
loading space on the lands designated "M1-A1" on Schedule
'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-law
shall be 24 metres."
